Hi. Outsider here. I'd like to get some insight on what's happening there in Seattle.

I've been reading conflicting info on the Michael vs. Turbin battle for RB2. Question:

As of now, has one of these two emerged as the clear #2 in camp? National reports do not seem to say so. It seems Michael has the slight edge. Is this correct?

If so, if something were to happen to Lynch, do you think Carroll would use the two as a committee? Or would he make one the workhorse and bring the other in as a change of pace back?

I'm also wondering, between Michael and Turbin, which one is the consensus at this point to be a better long term back. Do the Seahawks view either of them as a possible starter and a 3 down back in the future?

Its OK to come out and say this is for fantasy :p Just needs to be in the right forum (Fantasy Island).

Not sure the #2/#3 designation will matter too much this season. They will both get a healthy amount of carries. I also think they will try to scale back Lynchs carries this season, so I would think more to go around for these two. If I would forced, I would say Turbin will start the season as #2 on the depth chart (Michael will overtake him at some point, I'd look into around week 4-6).

Turbo is a technician, understands and does what he is told. He is just OK, definitely not a 'great' back. Michael is obviously more talented and athletically gifted. As soon as he gets some exp and cleans up the mistakes, he will be a really great back in this league. If you are in a dynasty league, Michael is a must (no homer).

Sorry about that. Yes, it is. And a Dynasty league. I'm new to the board...didn't realize there was a fantasy section. I was lazy about checking the forum titles.

Anyway, thanks for your response. It's very helpful.

Even though he might be on the depth chart as a fullback, Ware should probably get some carries too.

Pete is a fan of RB by committee. Expect Lynch to get the most carries with the rest getting spread out a bit between the other guys. Pete will likely also vary who gets the most carries of the rest of the squad based on who has the hotter hand, who we are facing, etc.

In a dynasty league, Michael has top #5 RB potential.

Michael is the best rapper on the team. And he likes the chronic.
