I heard Goodell is starting to initiate New fines in the following order: 12375$ fee for looking crossed or hinting at the though of looking at the QB, and $100,000 Fine for anyone who breathes on, Manning, Brady, Luck, RG3, Ben ... I've seen players dive at Vick's feet at the time with no penalty. How is this a penalty and a fine?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say maybe, just maybe Bennett did contact Ryan's knees? The league is usually pretty solid when it comes to getting it right for fines (the amount is a different story).

Once again, people, Roger Goodell doesn't hand out these fines. It's MERTON HANKS- Former Player, and Vice President of Operations.

He reviews everything and decides weather it deserves a fine or not. So blame him.
