Marquise Goodwin' backflip

I was watching the end of the Bengals/Falcon game before the Seahawk game and the player in the Bengals backfield (Mixon?) did a backflip on the Bengal's victory formation. I thought it was interesting that Goodwin did one as well. First thing that went through my mind is whether the No Fun League will be issuing fines to both players.
