The Mariners are really on a roll right now. We're really having fun watching the games at my house.

Scott Servais had some good ideas, and he was a good guy. But you can't argue with results. The Mariners at least gave him a long time to succeed--9 years, and he never seemed to learn from his mistakes. It was always the same issues year after year. Some managers get the most out of players, Servais seemed to get the worst. Problems snowballed with Servais, so far with Dan Wilson, even problems turn into positives. Lose Kirby? No problem. Lose Bliss and Robles? No problem.

Always fun when they bring out position players to finish pitching in a blowout.
I was watching a Yankee game early in the season vs the Giants Marcus Stroman was pitching he couldn’t do anything right, couldn’t find the plate to save his life and when he did throw a strike it was a line drive off the wall the game conditions were bad it was raining the umpires were making them play due to the reason that it was the only time San Francisco would be in NY. Stroman didn’t make it past the 2nd inning the umpires called the game in the 5th inning just long enough to make it a complete game of course Bob Melvin was pissed off he wanted the Yankees to have to burn through their bull pen.

After Stroman got pulled I was thinking The Yankees should just start putting position players into pitch at the time but the Yankees were not down by enough to allow a position player to pitch

Pitcher's duel today. :)

I believe that is six in a row for the 8th series win in a row.

11-3 against the AL West. Glad we got them when they're slumping. :)

May off to a good start. Tellez is actually warming up a bit at the plate. Knocked in the game winner to day.

Welcome back Matt Brash! Pitched a scoreless 7th.

A nail biter today, but they get the job done. Great pitching by Castillo and Munoz. And Brash is back!!!!!

Munoz is the AL reliever of the month for April. Polanco player of the week April 27, Moore player of the week April 20.

This is the best team I’ve seen in a long time. Remember when .500 was what we were trying to achieve? Pshhhjj .600!!! Been a long time since I seen us in the .600’s
FILET MINGON!! MEDIUM RARE BABY!!!
Yep. Started 3-7. Sitting at 20-12. And with no Kirby at all so far, and Gilbert out. If they can get Robles back by September, huge. Pile up wins now. They're gonna have some slumps like EVERY team does. This is a blast.
If someone can't just enjoy this winning, they never will.

Every win counts. They'll probably run into some rocky times ahead, so get 'em while you can!

if Taylor stays consistent ... do we want to bring robles back in Sept? I know he's good but thats a huge injury for throwing and batting....

That's baseball... but Im sure our 3 headliner doomers will peek their heads out during that time

Oddly enough.. not now. (but not.... just par for the course)

I feel @SoulfishHawk is on my level now and just enjoying the ride while it lasts.. with some late season drama Im sure

EDIT: Soul I wasnt saying you were one of the doomers lol... That wrote out wrong my bad

Well we knew the Rangers bats would wake up eventually. At least they waited for game 3 of the series.

Off to Sacramento.
