I would rank this year's draft as our best in a decade or more.

Pete was exactly what this team needed when he was hired and was the right guy for 5 years before he was the wrong guy for a decade.

Chuck Knox, Mike Holmgren, Pete Carroll, Mike Macdonald. Few teams have successively had such great coaches in a 50 year span.
Jack Patera deserves a shout out for getting us started out strong with 9-7 seasons in 78, 79 and coach of the year in 78. I do not think it's too early to place MM in this group, I think we are headed in the right direction.
