Everybody is high on analytics right now... OK fine. The Dolphins are done, not his fault obvs, but still. If you are in charge, the shizz rolls downhill.

Yep. He's cool. He is what he is and doesn't try to be something else. Good coach and his players seem to like him.
He's a damn good football coach for sure. Mark Anthony will get that thing rolling in Miami at some point.
