Key moment: The game-losing play starts at 32:00 in the video, and it's on Russell.
As Carroll said, "Geno does what he's told", and on this final play... Russell blows off making the first read. Maybe Broncos didn't run this play in practice enough? Russell doesn't yet know or understand this play? Is that on Hackett or Russell? Or both? IMO Russell decided presnap he was going to look to go to Cortland Sutton and not bother going thru the reads.

Hackett is taking the heat for things he shouldn't be when it comes to the effectiveness of his scheme / plays. It's the same in Denver as it was here. The plays work, the wrs are open, and the ball is in the qbs hands when it should be out... or... its going to the wrong guy.

Dudes staring down receivers that are wide open virtually every play and still not passing. I genuinely don't get it, it's totally mental at this point. He did the same thing last year too.

I personaly now think Russ is concussed and is victim to too many head shots.Possibly an early case of Dementia.
