It starts up front for the Hawks O. Hunt is a key figure with the monster Donald. Fortunately we have Fant who gives us a very big athletic frame into the blocking picture.

They are going to be all out to stop the run. The screen game is going to be huge for both teams but especially L.A. because their offensive line is horrendous. If they can't slow us down (and I'm talking for the WHOLE game) then RW will carve that LA Christmas Lamb into nice bitesize portions.

Our Safeties are playing incredibly well (except for one McDougald play) we didn't have this kind of play in the first game against them. Also, our special teams have played WAY BETTER in recent weeks. Myers is hitting his kicks and we are containing well on coverages.

Seriously, the only reason these past 3-4 games have been as close as they've been is because we've made stupid turnovers at critical times, either at the beginning of games........or later in the game after taking commanding leads.

Do our thing, and quit making dumb mistakes to allow teams to hang around.

We have also forced a ton of turnovers in those same games but for me it's about match ups. Obviously Donald is the best DL in the league but guess what?...Joey Hunt is on the pro bowl voting ballot because of his play and he has a LOT more experience now...If we can bring Fant in to chip Donald along with Hunt we can neuter him, Then it's up to the rest to take care of Fowler and Brockers.

Divisional opponents have a much easier time with matchups, we know the Rams roster from front to back. So I can guarantee you Pete has a plan to help out Hunt with Donald. Plenty of protection slides and RB help.

Pressure Goff, he's the worst QB while pressured statistically in the league, run the ball and no turnovers.

Should be another close game, but if we can do these three things I think we win a 24-17 type game.

I watched their game vs. AZ. AZ put a ton of pressure on them because their O-Line Is ASS. Unfortunately Az's secondary has more ass than that o-line and they allowed Turn you Head and Goff way too many easy outs.

That ends this week for the Wambs. We have a very good secondary now. Hawks will win rather easily .

Hey , it's my prediction. Just calling it as I've seen it. That win vs. az ..a team in total regression. NOT Seattle.

In my view score differential will be the primary key to success vs. the Rams. Both the Rams and Seahawks this season have been undefeated when outscoring their opponents.

The defensive strategy is great.

Stack the box, turn the dawgs loose. Shut down the run enroute to a second half SACK CITY.

Single high safety with solid coverage by our corners (Thank you Diggs!)

On offense, double team blocks on Aaron Donald and RUN HIM OVER with Carson. Watch Solari shift the line splits on ADs side of the ball to accommodate for double teaming him and running around him. Then run play action and hit DK on a 9route.

Dib makes a very good point. When the Hawks and the Rams have outscored their opponents, they have both won the game.....every single time. Boom

Pound the crap out of the rock and eat up the time of possession, force a couple turnovers and they win it.

What I would love to see is us stopping the screen game, punishing the dunk and dink crossing patterns for short gains, good tackling, no deep shots and sack Goff. Rams only hope of winning is to excel in these areas.

1. Get a turnover or 2.
2. Control Gurley & the clock by utilizing their own ground game.
3. Make Goff get happy feet.
4. Ensure Hockey Guy doesn't forget to make his chicken wings for kickoff. I have it on good authority he bought 3 large warehouse packs of split wings this afternoon.

This.

I think the game mostly rides on Russel having a good day and the backs (particularly Carson) holding on to the ball. When Wilson is on his game, we rarely lose.
