Former Seahawks defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr is back in the NFL

Norton will reunite with Dan Quinn in Washington.

That's Norton's natural place and he'll do well. He'll be an even better LBers coach now that he knows what it's like to be DC and suck at it. He'll be especially good with the familiary of working for Quinn. I wish him the best!
