Kaep in trouble???? Investigated for incident in Miami

Everyone should wait for the results of this investigation, period.

If you read what I posted above your post...I'm kinda wondering if there even IS an investigation. May just be a report that goes nowhere. No evidence or allegation of a crime.

To judge someone guilty of a crime because you dislike a player on an opposing team is fairly despicable.

This is not an alleged sexual assault, according to the police report, and we should not pretend it to be one until we have more facts, regardless of what TMZ says.

Many people on other team boards have jumped to conclusions in calling Kaepernick a rapist. The facts that we know do not support that conclusion, but their fanaticism has blinded them to those facts.

Yeah, I saw the less evidence post...didn't see the other. It was probably one of those with like 10 quotes that I usually ignore. I'm not in that fight so usually don't read them. I did see Basts comment about 1 boot and 2 suspensions. Not sure who he booted.

That tells me its not even an investigation. Am I reading that wrong?

It doesn't sound like there's much there, frankly, other than a night of heavy partying gone wrong. The fact that the woman requested to file an incident report with the police could mean she intends to pursue it, though, in which case there might be an investigation. It could be a shakedown, or she might be genuinely concerned that something happened while she was passed out. Hard to say.

Yeah...I think Boast (Mod) was just trying to chill peeps out a bit as it was getting a little rough. I think you got caught in the crossfire. LOL. If you'd said that in another thread on a different day, my guess is maybe a warning, but that would be it.
