And the dancing resulted in more yards.
On average, it hasn’t worked well.

I just like to see the backs hit the hole hard. Granted, K9 has great ‘feet’…today he found the hole.

 Thinking you’re wrong.
It always happens 😂.

Thats the guy we drafted…

Can’t blame anyone for thinking otherwise…dudes been injured forever and had some below average performances…too many.

Maybe today was a sign of what’s to come?

Hard to change a RBs running style.
In your opinion, did he look different today as far as finding the holes? Maybe it was the personnel that were in front of him…timing with the FB.

Idk…today’s version looked really good.

What’s funny is…I saw Zach Charbonnet dance more today than I ever have.

When K9 does what some of you refer to as dancing around, it's because there isn't a hole where there is supposed to be one, so he has to improvise and find somewhere else to go. I'm not sure what else he's supposed to do? Just run straight into the backs of his OL or straight into the arms of DL or linebacker?

Kinda hard to hit the hole hard when there's no hole.

The runs that worked today were runs up the middle. Same as last week. For some reason it seemed like k9 got the inside runs and Charbs was relegated to getting snuffed on the outside runs. K9 had one run where he would have been tackled behind the line for about 5 yards and danced out of it, changed direction and ended up getting positive yards. K9 can do that. Charbs can’t.
I love having both of those guys in the backfield. Two different styles. When one isn’t working the other one might. What a luxury having two starting caliber RBs. I’m not getting down on Charbs for his lack of production just like I didn’t get down on K9 after last week.
My only gripe is why they don’t just go with the hot hand.

Committing to running north/south.

It makes a difference in what can open up vs. trying to scramble outside.

It’s dynamic…it’s not fluid. Sometimes, we’re talking hundredths of a second…But there is a difference in run styles. Today, he looked like he was determined to hit the play designed hole…not just getting outside and ‘dancing’

Or more likely not.

Charbonnet should be the #1 back! No, Walker is #1 and Charbs #2!! Alright, who FREAKIN CARES who the "#1" back is? Give both of them carries throughout the game, I say pound Charbonnet more as #1 during quarters 1, 2, 3, and then Walker as #1 during Q4 against tired defenses. Walker's 4Q TD scamper was a thing of beauty! Remember when he did that to Chargers a couple years ago, broke a 70 yard TD in 4Q to ice the game on the road?* Besides, Hawks have a history of multiple RBs getting injured, so keep both on moderate workloads and maybe even give Holani some carries to spread the load.

* That run was immortalized by a pic of Walker breaking free with a female Chargers fan in the background flipping double birds at him. Anybody have that pic handy? EDIT: Found it, though I swear there was a different, slightly better one. And it was 74 yards.
