I went to the 2014 game and frankly, I wouldn't do it again. Neutral field experience is just too weird.
I get it. I paid crazy prices for the 2013 and 2014 NFCCG, but I wouldn't even do $2K apiece for the Super Bowl. The energy for the two 49'er and two Rams games that we won this year, was just incredible, both pre-game and during. I never feel that for the Super Bowl.

(maybe not the Santa Clara game - I have no idea what it was like during the game).

I heard the lions share of the tickets go to corporate partners, sponsors, and celebrities...

I'd do it. As for the crowd, I really think outside of actual Pats fans and NFC west rival fans, we've got the majority of the rest backing us.

...and they get great press every time they give away Super Bowl tickets during game-breaks. The Seahawks brass is like a Corporate Board of Directors whose job is to get stockholders the most return they can. And season ticketholders are not considered stockholders, but they try real hard to make us think we are. Still, it's good to have season tickets.

Man if it was me.. I’d jump on that. 9k for the pair.. regardless of location the possible once in a lifetime chance. Congrats for sure!
There has been stubhub pricing close to this if one keeps monitoring it. Been close to pulling the trigger several times. Far from the worst seats

If you can make it happen, go for it. One of my biggest regrets is not pulling the trigger on SB48 tix in NY, and believe me those ticket prices were a lot more reasonable, even when adjusted for inflation.

Hawkstorian,
Are you trying to decide whether to go yourself? ...or offering up tix that you may not use to others on .net? ...or just kind of testing the waters on a reaction?

My regret is not being at SBXLVIII in person. I have family back in NY, and it was a dream game and winning the Lombardi for the first time ever. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't miss it for the world.

$4.5K a pop per seat is still a lot of money. It all comes down to how badly you want to see the Seahawks win it all in person. For me personally, it's just too much.

Testing waters a little --- but not much time before I'd have to decide. I asked if they were paper tickets or electronic. If I have to go back to Seattle to pick up the tickets that's not happening.

A buddy and I drove down to AZ for 49 thinking we could get scalped tix. The only one we saw the whole time a guy pulled out $6500 cash to buy and the seller told him to, "Come back when you're serious."

$9K for 2 sounds like a bargain...

$9k for two is still cheaper than anything I saw the day after this year’s NFCCG! Maybe even a bit of a bargain at this years prices?

I was at SBXLVIII. We were supposed to renovate our kitchen. My wife bought tickets to the game instead. The kitchen never got done. Worth every penny.
