I mean.. he played two seasons with us. It's pretty standard the 3rd season of a player they're no longer labeled as a new player in the league. Freshman year, Sophomore year, then it's vet. They don't go around saying "Junior year". I think that is all it means.

Heck it used to be the 3rd season was the season receivers finally started playing well. This whole thing with WR's being good in year 1 and 2 is still fairly new.
