As for McLoughan I am in agreement with most here. The guy knows talent. Did alot to help us in the early days as well as the 9ers though he seems to get alot more credit here then on 9er boards for some reason. Definitely a team to watch.

You won't get any argument from me on Scot.
He's a great talent evaluator. Nobody's perfect. Many slam Baalke on his 2012, but outside of Crabtree and RJF, Scots 2008 and 2009 weren't much better.
He did tho get the team moving in the right direction with homerun picks like Willis, Gore, Staley, and V. Davis. He's a really good GM and I was sad to see him go.
