He's been a disappointment replacing a washed up Jake Long. He would be better than what we have, but he's not really good either.

Winning teams certainly have hazing and teasing, but it is directed at relationship building and team building. It isn't for the purpose of constantly alienating and cutting a teammate down.
The Dolphins are a joke and their coaching staff has no business running an NFL team.
Yeah, some winning teams keep the drunks who bust bottles over a teammates head who tried to keep him from driving drunk. Totally different.5_Golden_Rings":2wzzcgrm said:Winning teams don't allow this kind of crap (constant abuse of one particular player, for months and months). There's another story out today indicating a Dolphins rookie may be broke because the vets allegedly have continually forced him to buy them meals and other things.
Time will tell what really has occurred in Miami, but right now the perception isn't a positive one.
Edit: It's a defensive player who allegedly is facing financial issues per a tweet by a writer from the Miami Herald.

Charles Haley once plotted to get rid of the white guys on the defensive front 7. Clearly winning teams don't employ bullies.
