9:34 in the 3rd, after 12 men on field penalty. 4th and 1. The camera moves over to their head coach and you can clearly see him telling Carter to get down.
I replayed it and double checked, he obviously is doing this. There was no way he got injured after a penalty with no play.
I hope the league actually looks at this because there is no question what happened, it's on camera.
