Yes, that's pretty much the point of how good of a coach Jay is. I honestly would feel fine having him figure out OC if Kubiak left

I wouldn’t be torn if Kubiak left.

He’s our best OC since Schotty, but I just don’t think he’s special as an OC. He has great moments and then he’ll decide to do his best Bevell impression.

The continuity would he nice, that being said I dont think he’d be hard to replace.
