Carp was solid and considering his injury's and lack of playing time the future looks good for him. If he stays healthy that is.

I agree. I only saw a few highlights, and he was in on most of the run blocking ones. On Lynch's 14 yard TD run, he cleared out Justin Smith rather easily. You seriously don't see that, ever.

Personally, I think we're seeing rust. I bet we'll see an improvement after this week when he gets all the 1st team and game reps. He's also been pretty snake bitten, so I can't blame the guy for being worried about his knees, but he's going to have to get over that soon and get some confidence, or I'm guessing we go OG in the draft if it falls to us in round 1. I personally can't think of a weaker spot on the entire team.


I hope your right. I really do, I want this guy to finally and at last step up and be the player he's capable of being. What a great surprise that would be.
