This is more instant gratification mentality, go back to the beginning of camp and read what many were saying and predictions, very few thought we would be a playoff team, we were saying they need to assemble and gel, the weaknesses were point out and have been verified now. you only have so much cash and so many draft picks to build a young team with so it takes hitting on 75 percent of them over a few years, to be a competitor quickly, miss that and it may take 5 or so. Again the End of a Era post is a good read for this knee jerk type response to something many knew was very possible.
