Not trying to sound like a homer, but I think Tate's push is made out way worse than it looks. He's sizing up his position to move forward and expected resistance but the DB had just picked up his left leg, taking all of his weight off of it.

The call on Jackson was horseshit, I could go into detail about the differences with these plays but if you can't see it by now, I might as well be talking to air.
