With around 1200 players released, there will be several options to add someone.

The only time we play a 0 tech (where a 330 NT may be useful) is in goal line or short yardage situations. Most of the time we have DL 2-gapping over the guards or using bear fronts against run-heavy teams.

We were a top 10 rush defense last year without a big fat guy clogging the middle every down and there’s no reason to think we’ve regressed with the only personnel swap being Demarcus Lawrence for Dremont Jones.

I was wondering how SG made the team with so little time played is PS. He did get some in the 3rd game, which I assumed a showcase to shop for a trade.

Good luck Shaq...except against us.

Saw a post in another thread saying that John plans to bring him back at some point soon but didn’t say at what capacity. Sounds like he’s sticking around.

I have trust in JS and MacDaddy. If they see value/advantage...works for me.

A quick glance of the roster tells us the following picture which we kind of gleaned already throughout the off season:

On offense JS did a soft reset of the skill positions while fortifying the OL with Zabel addition.

Holani sticking around isn't surprising because he is lowkey versatile.

A trio of JSN, Horton and Kupp will be hard to defend in the open field with crossers and slants. Only concern left is that without MVS you don't have a big target radius catcher that can go downfield or contest jump balls near endzone or sideline. That is where White and Bobo come in my view and to an extent Young which made MVS expendable to a degree.

Barner and Arroyo will be an underrated TE duo in 12 personnel situations. Throw in Ouzts who is a weapon in his own right and the Seahawks have varied ways to move the ball.

Defensively, Mac made some tweaks but returns an ultra talented defensive unit front to back while adding Emmanwori as a wild card joker on the backend to mix in big nickel and dime schemes.

Arroyo and Barner add additional height as weapons.

White at 6'3", bobo at 6'4', Arroyo at 6.5, Barner at 6'6". That's a lot of added ft² to cover.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been here, got high hopes but never get too excited.
