...what are your offseason moves? Assuming you have full control over the team and can hire/fire anyone you want. Personally I keep the coaching staff intact besides Ivan Lewis! He has to go! He has had huge injury issues and been hated by fan bases everywhere he's gone. Also I work with our cap space to shore up holes on the Oline and Defense. Get rid of Turner and bring in another good WR

I’d have a serious meeting on the severe offensive inefficiencies in the first half of games and say that changes have to be made and a drastic improvement is expected next season. Don’t care how you do it, just get it done.

Fire Norton.

Let Ifedi, Iupati, Ansah, Procise and Reed all walk.

Restructure KJ, Macdougald, and Britt.

Resign Clowney.

Sign Brandon Scherff, Robert Quinn and Austin Hooper.

Take a flier on AJ Green, maybe a 1 year prove you can still contribute deal.

Turner is a FA, so unless they see his role strictly as a ST guy I really doubt he is back.

Frankly, I don't know what yu guys see in Flucker. There were several games where the right side of the line was the problem not the left. Yea, Flucker's a great guy but as a guard he's a one trick pony.

His cap hit is $3.4mil with a dead cap of $500k. If they can find better for around the same Im sure they will

Really good road grating run blocking guard, at a cheap price.......and has stayed relatively healthy.

As with most of our linemen except for Brown, struggles with pass pro.

Do I want to upgrade that position with someone younger and more versatile? Sure, but to say you don't see what we and Pete sees in Fluker? C'mon. Very good physical run blocking guard.

Keep Carroll as HC if he agrees to delegate ALL offensive game time decisions to anybody but himself .

Vintage Pete, no coaching staff changes are worth talking about. They never are. We would still be rolling with Bevell if it were up to him. Shotty isn't the best oc ever but he is light years above Bevell but I doubt you could ever get Pete to say the offense looks better under Shotty.
