I'm never a fan of firing coaches in-season. Kubiak is certainly not bad enough to warrant firing yet.

If anything only hire him to work with Kubiak maybe. But that would mean us making Kubiak feel like he can't handle it. But I doubt McDaniel would want to come here to help is anyways.
