I repeat...

Just admit that the Rams played well and that's why they blew out the Texans and we can end this.

Anyone here have the guts to admit that?

What do guts have to do with anything? And I can "end this" by exiting the thread and reading another one.

The Rams played well and capitalized off of 4 Texans turnovers. Good for them.

Now, here's an important part of this whole discussion:

In 2012, the Texans started 12-2. They were a favorite for the #1 seed in the entire AFC for most of the season. They only had TWO games that entire season where they turned the ball over more than twice (against Green Bay and Jacksonville, and they went 1-1 in those games).

In 2013, won their first two games, but then lost to Baltimore. They were a bit concerned over that loss, but chalked it up to playing a tough D (not to mention the recent SB champs) on the road. They came home to right the ship, and they looked like they were doing so.

Then Seattle came back from 17 points down and stuck a dagger into the Texans in OT, racking up 3 turnovers in the process. The Texans called a players-only meeting after the game.

What happened next? They lost their next two games by a combined score of 72-16, turning the ball over 4 times in each game.

Now, if you can't see a pattern developing here... if you think each game is just played in a bubble, with zero carryover from one to another... then there's nothing else to discuss.

So if we beat the Panthers this week are you going to take credit for that too?

Considering that there is not a significant downward trend for the Panthers right now, why would we? :|

Because of the Mojo/iRO Snowball Theorem, of course.

That seems to be a difference between Rams fans and Seahawks fans. We seem to be capable of giving credit where its due.
Generalizing a bit much?

Are you flipping serious? Seek help man, it's over. Oh, and don't forget your exit strategy of admitting you were just trolling...

If my goal was to elicit an over-the-top, defensive reaction from you guys, I wouldn't even need to "troll." All I have to do is show up and make a comment - any comment- and that is the result.

So, if I am a troll, its of your making.

Agree that the Whiners and Lambs kicked in the door. But if you ask Texans fans, it was the Hawks game that did them in.

Texans fans seem to think the Sherman pick 6 was the beginning of the end for them.

Thread titled: "The pic 6 against Seattle ended the season." This thread was started 2 days ago.

http://boards.houstontexans.com/showthread.php?t=38935

That was the beginning for the end for the Texan 2013 season. Even through the Ram game, they still haven't rebounded.

I agree I posted a thread last week calling that play the turning point of the season that disappeared. I keep telling myself this is a dream.

I have to agree with you, I was at that game and I have never seen the crowd more dejected than after that game.

Since before that was the last time the team looked good I would have to agree...

Just like there are turning points within a game, there are those that define an entire season. The Seahawks game appears to have set the tone for the rest of this year's schedule.

Straight from the horse's mouth. Rams and Ninnies got our sloppy seconds. Deal with with it.

Right...

Because fans know what really goes on in the locker room and on the field.

Tell you what guys... I'm going to make this my last post on this thread so that you can focus on the Cardinals (that's right... you have a game tomorrow!)

Make sure you soften up a few more teams for us. We really appreciate it.

Because of the Mojo/iRO Snowball Theorem, of course.

You're misapplying the "theorem" here. The Panthers played the Seahawks back in Week 1, and have had some games where they corrected things since. Their beatdown of the Giants would likely have eliminated any snowball effect our win over them might have had (and if not that, then their convincing win over the Vikings this past weekend would suffice).

Now, if after that very good performance the Panthers had this weekend, your Rams beat them, then all credit where it's due.

The Texans thing, though... I hope you can see how that's a different scenario.

Guess you don't get sarcasm.

Okay... NOW I'm done.

Oh, I get it. Just decided to ignore it to make a point that would hopefully illustrate better what many people here were saying (and apparently what many Texans fans believe).

And if that point also illustrated that you were either trolling or obtuse, all the better.

I finally figured out where your passive aggressive bullshit stems from. It's when you guess what other people are thinking or saying. You are a shitty guesser.

How many fingers am I holding up right now?

Two. One from each hand. Am I a good guesser?

You know, guys...

Its really not fair that these little battles are me against half a dozen or so of you guys.

You'll need to find another few Hawks fans to even the odds.

And you guys call us whiners? This guy is pathetic!

Waa, you guys are ganging up on me. Wake up dude you are on a Seahawks site. If you really feel the need for whatever kind of approval you are looking for, perhaps the Ram site would better place for you to comiserate.

P.S. I tried to stay away, but you guys keep throwing softballs down the middle of the plate. I just can't help but knock them out of the park.
