I jumped on the bandwagon

I spend far, far more time than I should watching all the videos and press conferences on .com and would class myself as someone that certainly knows what he's talking about when it comes to the Seahawks, the players, the game and everything associated with it.

The reality is this football team has quite literally sucked me in, my absolute highlight of every week is Sunday evenings and things like bye weeks totally ruin it for me, I need my Seahawks fix at least once a week and nothing less will do.

I have thoroughly enjoyed watching Sherman develop as a player in terms of his attitude, I've enjoyed watching Kam murder players week in week out, I've enjoyed Wilson make some ridiculous plays that have won us games, I've enjoyed watching Earls passion for the game and his team but most of all, I've enjoyed being a fan of this team.

Of course I'm absolutely devastated at the loss, we weren't beat by the Patriots, we were beat by ourselves but we will make it to further Super Bowls, we will win games, we will find absolute stars in 3rd/4th/5th round picks and if one things for certain, we will have one hell of a ride along the way.

Welcome aboard, I became a fan at 6 im now 44 time flies. My daughter is now 6 and has seen so much good football that she really doesnt get the bad times. Last night was harsh around here but hopefully I can instill sportsmanship in her while offering comfort. That game was hard to lose especially when by all appearences it was won.

If the detachment of the bandwagon comes as a result of this loss then that's one good to come from it.

Indeed losses this only serve to increase one's affiliation with this team, where the discovery of emotional depths exceed those found in moments of euphoria. This loss feels far more personal and tangible than it truly is, but there's something wondrous about the overwhelming poignance that such an event can provoke.

Not envious nor would want to support any other team.
