I am so sick of the media slobbering over Stafford.

LA is a media town, 2nd only to NYC maybe. Which is why we hear a lot about the Jets, who haven't mattered since Joe Namath.
This. Nothing will ever change about it either.
Almost everything is LA/SF/NY based. Ev-er-y-thing.

It’s making me sick. He IS NOT Tom Brady for god’s sake! They’ve been literally sucking his dick all season long. It’s so bad I don’t even want to watch the game because I have a strong feeling the refereeing will be in the dick sucking line too. Sorry for the vernacular but I can’t watch anything without the Stafford love fest. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Well, I used to feel the same way about Brady.

And obviously, Stafford is in your head.

This might be my favorite .Net post of the week.

Forgot the cowgirls.
That's JJ's goal - he throws around money and creates drama. I bet every time someone calls them the 'cowgirls', it add a few thousand bucks to his pocket. Hate the Rams, hate the 49'ers - it's relevant, and they hate us. I can tell you for a fact, having spent 36 years living in Texas - Cowboys fans hate the Eagles, the Giants, and Washington, and the older fans hate the 49'ers (there's a pattern there).

Isn't there one of those statistical/historical things where the season MVP almost never wins a Super Bowl? ;)

I don’t know, but Rams QB Warner did it.

So Stafford has history in his favor as a Rams QB.

Got to say that I don't feel your pain, anger, etc.

He's not in my head. I like Stafford. McCrybaby, different story.
It’s just our Gal and their Alice discussing oral activities.

I wanted the Bears, but this is how it should be. Just like we should play the Patriots next.

Def. wanted the Bears, they flat out gave that game away. But you're right. This is the way it should be. The 2 best teams playing for the NFC.

He is worthy of being the MVP. QBs get all of the glory and all of the blame. Doesn’t make it right, just a reality since I have been watching football since the 80’s. In the 80s it was Joe Montana. In the 90s it was a variety of guys, Troy Aikman, Steve Young, Kurt Warner.. For about 15 years after that it was Tom Brady. Then Mahomes. Stafford is the new anointed darling and he has had a great year, but best way to deal with it is to beat him. No energy should be wasted being annoyed. The bigger they are hyped, the bigger they fall

10-15 years from now we won’t be thinking of him like those other guys…except maybe Warner. Not even Favre or Rodgers level.

I don't know man. Stafford is a future HOF QB.
Absolutely, I just don’t think of him as overshadowing everyone else of his generation. If he got injured and the Rams (or us) ended up with Josh Allen, we’d forget about Stafford. (I can feel the stones whizzing by my ears)
