I agree. Remember we are competing with the likes of New Orleans, who have a very easy schedule, for the best record in the NFC and home field advantage throughout the playoffs

I didn't think the Rams would be that good even before the Bradford injury, but they have given us trouble the last couple of years and have added some talent.

We don't want to do anything that would increase their chances of stealing a game, or possibly two. away from us, including giving them a QB who can give them complete details on our new schemes in offense.

On the other hand, the Rams know we are not going to keep four QBs, so they can wait and try to pick up BJ or Pryor on waivers. If the Rams don't pick him up, SF probably will, strictly for the intelligence on the Seahawks offense (another reason to keep Pryor. If we lose BJ, then we need a practice QB.)

Based on how Shaw has played if he is available somehow they would be fools not to take him, both S.F. and or the Rams. Jeff Tuel is also another player that could be available.

If I were the Rams, I'm trading for Kirk Cousins or Mike Glennon right now. It would probably take a first round pick, but either of those guys would save the Rams season. I'd actually go with Glennon if I had a choice.

You don't trade a QB to a division rival under any circumstance.

That's honestly the best option for you. A backup QB isn't getting your team to the playoffs anyways, so might as well endure the pain and get a guy with a future in the draft. Just beat either SF or AZ once; don't want to see the Rams lay down and make it easier for our division rivals (you always get up to play us, so fair is fair!)

As for the question, i'd ask more for Pryor than Daniels. Pryor has more starting experience and more upside, I believe. Start out with a 2nd, and like Jazz said, be happy with a 4th.

I hope the rams go 8-8.

Shaun Hill is as good or better than Daniels or Prior. I'm not sure what you guys are smoking. If we had Hill and they had Pryor as a backup, you'd all be saying "what can we get for Hill, they only have Pryor- he sucks". Pryor had a chance to be a starting QB in the league, and was downright terrible as a passer. He made a few plays with his legs but he's a well below average QB in the league. I wouldn't even feel safe with him as our primary back up.

Now, if they asked for TJax, I would probably say no or ask for a 3rd round pick. TJax is one of the best back ups in the league.

At first it looks like a good trade for Cousins. You are basically giving 1 1st rounder back that you got for RGIII. Problem is RGIII is stinking it up right now, and if the Redskins had Pete Carroll as coach, Kirk Cousins would be starting.

Though on the other hand, that's also a way to kill a QB controversy.

Terrelle Pryor has not shown he can consistently pass the ball to players on his own team, therefore no team in the league would be willing to trade for him.

B.J. Daniels will have to be cut soon, so again no team would be willing to trade for him.

Getting a pick for one of these guys would be great, but unfortunately it will never happen.

Daniels fine, but I would not trade Pryor unless it's for a crazy high draft pick, at least a 2nd or 3rd rounder.

But IMO the Rams aren't interested in Pryor, they just want someone to manage the game while they try to pound the rock and play good D.........and most backups can do that. A guy like Pryor would probably hurt them more than help them with his erratic play.

Well based on Pre Season, Cousins is doing better in Washington then Griffin, what about trading for Griffin? That would be some irony.

Yeah, one injury prone player with a bum knee to another.

I honestly think the Rams are a playoff team with decent QB play. We'll see how King does, but I'd trade a first for Cousins and a second for Glennon, given that their defense will probably keep them out of lottery-pick status and the chances of getting Winston or Mariota are low. Both Cousins and Glennon have been impressive as starters in this League and are more proven than Shaun King.

Well I would trade Pryor for a 6th. Got him for a 7th and having the Rams 6th round pick you know its going to be a early one.

No chance in hell that Washington trades Cousins, unless it's for multiple 1st rounders. RG3 is still running around like an idiot getting hammered and not going down, Cousins is some very important insurance against a 2-14 season.

I quoted you because you mentioned Cousins in your post. I'm a very lazy poster, as soon as I see the name I need I quote. Some would say I'm a premature quoter, but that hasn't been officially diagnosed.
