As a Husky, I turned the channel after that second cutesy chip-shot "kickoff" that barely got past mid-field. Did the Big-Howevermany pay UW so they wouldn't play well against the #1 team, and have that #1 team rating go to some other conference? Because I certainly can't see any other reason to deliberately set up Oregon with short fields after kicking FGs...
