How safe is JS with new ownership?

Neal will have some title that sounds authoritive, I would imagine he is going to be in everyones space at some point learning both marketing, business and the talent and contract part of the buisness, huge learning curve for him. I don't see rash moves till at least next year, probably not a lot after that. They seem very Allen like, not a lot of information leaked, not a lot of face time in the media or statements that can be misquoted or mischaracterized.

If he's smart (and he is), humble, and patient, then he should recognize that he has a LONG road in front of him to preside over significant organizational decisions. He'll be the owner sitting over many future GM/HC regimes, so I wouldn't think there'd be a reason to immediately meddle with this one. In the meantime, the parents are in charge.

Shoot, I'm just stoked for the season. Who the owners are won't cross my mind when I'm watching the SB Champs play this year. Not once.
Looking forward to seeing how they run things. Maybe it's an optimist outlook, but I have a feeling they're gonna' do a good job.

One additional point...messing with a winning teams chemistry/culture risks lots of micro-reverberations (scouts leaving, veterans refusing to sign, locker room friction) that may not seem like much, but are cumulitively significant.

Example: Seattle has become a destination again and that has value. It opens the door for talented FA's willing to take less to improve chances of getting a ring. Usually not top end, young guys...vets that know the game in the last 3rd of their career. The players love JS...you mess with him, you're now Cincinnati.

The Khoslas know that Schneider's infrastructure is the value of the franchise.

The risk of upending a top performing team is too extreme. The new owners appear to be intelligent, savvy business people who understand that when you buy a premium asset.

710 today was talking about how John and Mike had a hand in the process of who was chosen to buy the team. I like that.
GREAT point on the 2 separate champions with 2 separate rosters. That's next level stuff.

They were guessing. They have no idea if it was true. And they suspected it was more Jody and the trust had the hand in it.
