Yeah I am amazed at how much a homer the other ESPN blog writers are. Yes, Sando may have an NFC West team a spot or two higher in the power rankings, or he will use a team or player from our division as a counterpoint, but he doesn't write whole subjective articles waiving the homer flag.
Graziano and the NFC North writer are just as arrogant and blind about their divisions as the fans of the teams they write about!

Griffin is bigger, faster, a couple years younger, and more athletic. There's nothing Russell could do about that, and it happens to NFL players all the time.
Russell has proved the critics wrong obviously, and I don't think there are any fans in the league who don't like the guy. He's a likable guy.
The Redskins know a thing or two about how height (London Fletcher) won't stop a player from being great.

By far Sando is the best writer of all of them. All his articles are always backed up with concrete stats. They are "almost" always unbias and just the facts. And hes consistent. And when the teams in the NFC West suck, he makes sure we know it by putting no spin on it. I respect that.

Graziano has to interact with his divisional fans past the playoffs. There is a natural affinity for the teams he covers. They all do. It isn't his job to pump up some other division or its players. RGIII has charged up an organization and has been deemed the truth by his opponents in the NFCE and around the league.
If you go looking for perceived slights, you will find them. Wilson will have his detractors for awhile. Luck and RGIII are physical specimens besides having other valued traits. No one needs to love Wilson besides the team/organization and fans. All others can do or say what they want. You don't have to agree or accept it, but only Wilson can win over skeptics. There are only 2-3 chosen ones as far as NFL QBs. The new blood has a good start. So let the debates begin.

If Shanahan thought that highly of Russell Wilson he could have had the better QB in the 3rd round instead of giving up the future to save his job! Three first rounders and a second rounder for RGIII or Russell Wilson plus three blue chip first rounders and a second rounder? That must be Shanahans "new math". I'm glad PC/JS already had the old school multiplication tables memorized

He's a once a generation talent with a great head on his shoulders. I don't think anyone is second guessing Mike Shanahan's decision.

Indy had to suck for Luck and sell out to get their QB. Wash had to mortgage their next three drafts. All our front office had to do was be smart and get the same production in the third round. That's why Shahanan can be second guessed.

The reason I said RG3 is once in a generation is because of his talents and abilities, 6'3 220 pounds with sub 4.4 speed and accuracy/decision making that rivals just about any QB in the league... as a rookie.
Again, I'm purposely not comparing him to Luck or Russell for the sole purpose of avoiding a pointless debate. I'm just saying why I believe he is a once in a generation talent. I'm more than fine with giving up 2 first round picks to acquire that talent. No first rounder in 2013 or 2014, I'd rather be in this position than having Sexy Rexy toss 3 picks a game. I'm pretty sure they'll manage to get something for Captain Kirk as well, either this offseason or next. I've heard rumors of two second rounders being offered.
