Cabledue and Charbonnet were placed on IR to make room on the roster.

Surratt is the last player designated to practice. He’ll either be added to the roster before the Super Bowl or revert to IR

Not surprising. The D and ST are pretty solid, but we need the RB and TE rooms to be full strength (at least as much as possible) and ready to go.

Arroyo is a sneaky addition as the offense was better when he was on the field. He threatens the defense in ways others can't. Wouldn't be shocked if he made a big catch or two.

I wonder if they'll use Holani on special teams, or save him for his RB duties.

Agreed. He can stretch the field and you have to account for him. Stops defences keying in on JSN.

Holani was a primary kick returner pre-Sheed. He's had some good runs out of the backfield as well.

Nice addition...and no recent film on him. ;)

Holani isn't exactly some scrub backup. I think he could surprise a lot of people. Not so much us Hawks fans who know how good he is. I expect him to at the MINIMUM to have a couple nice runs in this game.
Yeah he's looked pretty good in spot duty. They won't ask him to carry as much of the load as Charbonnet I dont think but I bet he rips a couple off and looks good for sure.

He is more decisive then K9 hitting the holes, looks quicker doing it, may do it too fast sometimes before the block is finished, if he gets a lane though he can get to second level fast.

He's a cross between Walker and Charbs in some ways. Not as fast as W3 or as shifty, but great downhill speed to hit the hole and get the yards that are there.

Not sure how good he is in pass pro though. Have a feeling the Rams are going to tee off on our RBs to see how they hold up in protection.

Holani has yet to hit double digits on a run in his career outside of preseason, I don't know where all this stuff is coming about him ripping off long runs. I wouldn't bet on him getting a lot of action coming fresh off injury, but hopefully he can pass protect and maybe catch the defense offguard on a run at some point.

Arroyo could be the magic sauce in keeping the Rams LBs honest and out of the rush lanes. If he and Barner can stress their LBs on shallow routes and force them to honor a quick passing game it could honestly tip the advantage to us in a major way.

Holani is definitely a valuable addition to the squad now. I'm not looking for much at all out of Arroyo. I like him going forward as a player, but wonder if this moment might be a little too big for him this early in his career and having missed a bunch of time. We'll see.

Holani is pretty good at pass blocking. So this is a relief. I have no doubt he’ll be fillin the Charbs role just suitably.
