Also, this is why I wasn't worried when Gus was the first to leave.

This defense is Pete's.

It doesn't matter who the D.C. is.

There may be some missteps in calling the correct plays, but that will be overcome. This team should be solid on defense for as long as Pete is around. The only thing holding back this team from being competitive for the next foreseeable future, is Pete's age. Second oldest coach in the league. Coughlin is probably going out, so he'll be the oldest next season.
