He's the hot hand.

He's pulled to put Walker in.

Is 3 rushes the most Penny can do without a break? Out of shape?

I understand splitting the load, but that is usually accomplished by giving the next drive to the next running back. Why switch RBs in the middle of a drive when the one who's had 3 whole rushes is doing great?

Maybe it was in the script. They usually script the first 15 ish plays.

Mixture of scripting and workload management. Also, it looks like they want to get K9 involved in the passing game.

K9's rush was kinda killed by Gabe Jackson getting blown back.
