Love it. Looks sweet. I’d jump at them if o had a helmet for them. I do have my jersey still with our HOF player number patches on it that my wife did for me. So that’ll have to be my way of honoring him.

Actually it is an illustration I had commissioned of my favorite Unlimited hydroplane, the 1982 Pay N’ Pak. I had it signed recently by the driver of the boat, John Walters. This is him with my
R/C 1:8 scale version.

Christmas came a few weeks late but the delivery date could not have been more perfect….Playoff Gameday!
My wife heard me say I was surprised by how much I liked the rivalry helmet since I thought the uniforms were ass and I’m a traditionalist Seahawks fan who loves the throwbacks. But the rivalry helmet caught my eye with its chameleon color changing paint looking blue and then green at different times.
She knows how much I love my helmet collection and wanted to surprise me for Christmas.
Anyways, the game was too close to Christmas and she told me she actually tried ordering it during halftime of the game but it sold out instantly during the game after people saw it and has been since a few days ago. She got a notification it was back in stock on Thursday night at Green Gridiron and she snagged one right away. When she called to confirm the visor I was looking for the next morning, they told her they got six in stock and sold out within an hour. We were lucky to get one.
The visor is the perfect prism color to match the color of the helmet. GG did not have any other facemasks in that specialty color so I will have to wait until they do or try to color match it at a paint store. For now, the default mask is on it.
So here’s my brand new (delivered 2 hours ago) authentic Rivarly SpeedFlex helmet that will proudly sit next to my collection of every helmet iteration the Seahawks have ever worn. Just ordered the display cube cant wait to put it in my football/cigar/bar room downstairs.
PS - The pics make it look blue but it’s crazy how much it varies from blue to green depending on the light in the room. Take it outside and I feel like I’m on an acid trip!

I think this is the one you’re referencing? Mine has been sitting on my desk lol. Didn’t realize it’s custom fit and unavailable for general purchase. I have a decent picture of the inside with the axiom padding but the file is too large so I can’t upload. You can see (faintly) the axiom in the first pic tho.

Okay now I feel bad because I didn’t realize how rare these are. Mine was a gift but I can say it’s authentic and was made for use in the 2025-2026 season. I hope you’re able to come across the one you want (not with the retro sticker)!

Oh, I am sure they will be available in an about a year or two. The SpeedFlex was nowhere to be found at first too and now they are everywhere.
