I can agree that last year at the CLink we got obliterated but in week 2? The only thing was obliterated in that game was the 49ers offense. Their defense was playing lights out, held Wilson to 10 points. Kind of the same low-scoring game defensive battle type of game we see at the Stick. The only difference this time was turnovers, Seahawks forced 5 turnovers which made the game lopsided. Imagine if those turnovers never happened and the score ended at 3-12 if the defensive battle kept going in the fourth quarter. Don't forget the topic of the thread, the OP is wondering why the games at the CLink are more lopsided then the games at the stick and I am simply saying that the Seahawks had caused more turnovers in the game at the CLink but other then those turnovers they were the same type of games. Don't confuse me with a troll trying to make up excuses for a loss.

Yes..Obliterated.

You claim your D played lights out..ok fine. If your D played lights out then the Hawks D played out of this world. Your D wasn't the one that created 5 turnovers was it?

held Wilson to 10 points? hmmm...not quite sure how you come up with that..but ok.

The reason the scores have been more lopsided at the C-Link is simply because the Hawks have the better team on both sides of the ball.

Now if you disagree...I'd be happy to entertain your belief as to why.

I don't really understand how this post proves anything. The 49ers have never really enjoyed a fantastic home field advantage, the Seahawks have. Even in the dynasty years, the 49ers won 26 straight road games, so in the 3 years or so that they accomplished that, every loss they took was at home.

Even this year, they've already lost twice at home. Now if the Niners had a home field advantage like the Saints do where they play considerably better at home, when compared to away, I can understand there being significance to margain of victory at a certain venue. Truth is, the Niners play fairly even keeled whether home or away; the only places where this seems to be affected lately however, is in Seattle.

If you feel that they are better on both sides of the ball then why didn't they get the win at the stick? The seahawks have the better home field advantage and the niners have one of the worst. The two teams are pretty much even defensively and seahawks have the edge on offense.

That may have been true before we played each other two weeks back but now that your season ticket holders have been educated on how to cheer their team on, our HFA positions may reverse.

Any Given Sunday, etc.

Also, the offensive game plan was like a 180 from the Saints game. It almost seemed intentionally basic and low-risk.

Sometimes the better team loses. Agree or disagree?
