Harvin Added to 53 Man Roster?

Wasn't he supposed to be added to the 53 man roster no later than yesterday, or else be put on IR? I've heard nothing confirming he's been added, and who we cut/IR'd to get him on. Anyone know anything?

Happened on Monday - Harvin was added to the 53, and Michael Brooks was released
