My wife who knows nothing of football laughed her butt off. It looks like he was mocking his injury? Not sure because we could not hear but it was funny seeing him do that.

Personally I didn’t get the impression that he was mocking the dude.

I got the feeling he was relieved that the flag was thrown and we got another chance to advance the ball.

It indicates “not” mocking in my mind.
