Takes a delay of game and then has to call timeout, followed by running back into a 10 yard sack.

Now decides to ignore running easily for a first down and throws ball into ground.

No, he hasn't been mind numbingly awful, the play calling has been. We took the offense out of his hands and tried to establish the run game and it's failing like ti has every other time this year.
