Have other teams with a returning starter come out and "announced" that the returning starter will be the starter in 2024?

Reed plays like another spoon. He's currently recuperating from an injury but he was a hellion on ST. Having two Spoon style players in the backfield would be awesome. And Love. And Riq and Brown. Maybe Jackson too. We aren't on the poor boy list for DBs.
If we can find a way to hang on to Fant or Parkinson I think we'll do fine at what I hope is a much increased use of TEs. Our biggest D personnel probs are linebackers and getting everyone healed and signed on the line, along with a couple tweaks.
