Mid week, work tomorrow ugg, But there is Seahawk Football so…..

I ordered one of the “rivalries” #12. Didn’t think I would but I did. Problem is, when I didn’t see the package I looked up my tracking information, says the package was delivered on the 16th. WTF, now I’ve got to try and figure out where my Jersey got left.

Hopefully I find it, if so I’ll be sporting something “fresh”.

Haven’t decided on dinner yet but I’ve got some ground beef I need to cook. I’m off today so I might make a spaghetti sauce or possibly Salisbury steak again. (Depends on what other ingredients I have on hand)

As stated above, I work tomorrow so I’ll be going easy.
Probably just 1-2 nice local IPAs.
It’s early in the morning now, I may change my mind and have an Old Fashioned or two.
Guess I’ll revisit my mood come game time.

As Always GoHawks.

For some reason, I thought this was a Ryan Grubb thread. Because honestly, his best game as a playcaller came last season in Arizona.

But it’s not a thread about Ryan Grubb.

Hopefully you find your jersey and the Hawks win.

Ha, I found my package mixed in with a stack of my wife’s Amazon pile.

Anyway, the “Rivalries” jersey is nicer than I expected.
I got the more expensive of the two offerings “limited edition” IIRC

The numbers are actually sewn on, the NFL badge is actually one of the soft plastic “chroma flex” styles.
Instead of the feather pattern, the numbers have tiny little 12s imbedded.
The numbers do not color shift but the “shock wave” do dads do color shift.

Typically I only buy the “elite” version of jersey but overall I’m reasonably impressed with the quality of this one.

I’m now actually excited to see how they look on the field under the lights.

Also had a new cap delivered.

So, I’ll be sporting my new sideline cap and our “rivalries” Jersey.

Don’t have everything I need for spaghetti, so I’ve decided on the Salisbury steak, mashed Ts w/brown gravy and G beans.
Simple comfort food.

Wasn’t sure about “libations” so I’m going to take the chicken shit route and have an IPA and an Old Fashioned.

GoHawks

Grabbing some dry rub lemon pepper wings from this ghetto ass area of Dayton. Best wings ever…

Not a big drinker…if I drink, it’s to raise hell, throw up, and wake up with a hangover. Don’t smoke or do anything else…

But, tonight seems like a Macallan would be nice to have…rainy in Ohio atm.

Might have to cop the new jersey…as for tonight, I’ll be rocking my JSN jersey and a fresh pair of Jordan 4’s.

Everything just seems ‘right’. Hawks need to whip that ass tonight.

Right on! Glad it was located.

I’ll be wearing my favorite Mr. Rogers shirt that reads like a meme and says “It’s all good in the hood.” They’re 2-0 in that shirt this season.

Thanks for the jersey review. I'll be thinking about it as i make a decision to go for one or not.

Also - did I miss it? Do we know what week the Hawks wear the Rivalries?

PS - Glad you found your package.

It’s out there, think it was mentioned in a thread but I have no clue.

Sorry

Edit to add:

Here’s a couple close up pix.
I forgot to mention, at least on the better of the two offerings, the “Seahawks” on the chest is embroidered not screen printed.

Name plate and lettering is also sewn on not printed.

Also, I’m not sure about the small “12” on the back collar.
Not sure if that’s because I got a #12, or if they are putting that on all numbers. Either way it’s a nice little detail IMO
