well they will learn how to get off press covereage soon enough, or they will not be around long. I heard almost everyone is in the facility, rookie wise. Love to see these guys get it going.

Why are some comparing Richardson to DeSean? He is noticeably bigger even before he's on an NFL regimen.

I agree, Desean is 5-10, 175 (165 during the draft), Richardson is 6-0, 180 currently (listed on Seahawks.com) I think it's safe to assume after he get's a year of development from NFL strength coaches and a proper diet he could be near 190. I think he reminds me more of a young Marvin Harrison -- Even P-Rich's WR's coach on KJR made that comparison.

I'm really excited for both rookie WR's.

Exactly. Silky smooth and way more than Mike Wallace. We are getting RW style WR's finally.

If you're talking about ability to take hits, it's because people will generally repeat whatever the rest of the herd is saying, whether it makes sense or not. Physically, DeSean and Richardson are very similar. DeSean has not had durability issues in the NFL. But apparently, speed comparisons are valid, while everything else is not.

It is rather hilarious that a lot of people were complaining about Richardson being too skinny and saying we should have picked Lee instead. Yeah... really.

Makes sense. Thanks. Interestingly JS mentioned they had a list of WR's that came into the NFL at 170ish lbs when deciding to draft him. It included a bevy of seriously good WR's some HOFer's.

This guy was criticized for being too skinny as well as being too slow. He did okay.
