Means he'll be eligible right away. I know nothing about him but WSU's last grad transfer worked out pretty well. Apparently the transfer depends on a medical redshirt being granted.

His request for a medical redshirt was denied by the NCAA. So you can probably scratch this. Although I guess he's still appealing.
