Rick has definitely been our best coach since James, but I would say he was good rather than great. Not as good as James for sure.

Oregon fans never fully appreciated the insane streak of fortune they experienced...Brooks, Belotti, and Kelly - 3 great coaches in a row. That's a once in a century type situation.

That's a pretty wide brush stroke there. Some of us do fully appreciate the last few decades. Though I don't think there are many. There weren't too many fans back in the day. I remember going to games back in the 80's and could pretty much sit any damn where you wanted to! You could actually tailgate in the parking lot without giving up a testicle.
