Those of you thinking that our history against the Niners will have anything to do with this game is a little weird. Look at the game logs and you can see that Wilson was the driving force in those games. For the past five seasons, he has chewed them up and spit them out. Without that, the books are thinking we may very well struggle.

True to some extent. Our defense has generally been able to stop their rushing attack, their bread and butter. But with no Bobby and KJ, and a newish scheme and some iffy tackling so far, that could be the difference in this game.

Gambling is like the one addiction I dont have, and that's because I've been so bad at it in my few attempts that I never got a high that I wanted to chase, but there's no way I would put money on us this week. 9.5 points seems like a lot though, I would feel comfortable betting on us to cover. This team isn't good, but the Niners arent 9.5 points better.

With as bad as Lance is, 9.5 seems like a lot.

But this is a tough spot for the Hawks what with the Niners coming off a terrible loss, their home opener, etc.

Unfortunately our D is going to need to do something they haven't done well all pre-season or during Monday's game, tackle well. Cause the Niners are going to try to run the ball down our throats.

This seems like another low scoring streetfight type game, I'm thinking similar to last week, low scoring affair. If I was into betting I would take the points here but alas I don't like to lose money based on what other people do, I would rather play poker.
