Not all penalties are equal, even if the yards are. Several calls and no calls in favor of Dallas that would have ended a drive for them and continued one for Seattle. Not to mention interception where Tyler was grabbed on the shoulder was more egregious than the drive extending PI on Woolen. How about the 3rd down stop for Wagner who timed it perfectly gets a PI, yet Dallas is not flagged for the exact same thing?

True. And 6 penalties on one drive against one team that allowed for an eventual TD. But no impact on the game.

I wonder how the NFL chooses the teams they want the officiating to favor at the beginning of the season? From the sounds of it, they are obviously against Seattle right?

I'm sorry, but i'm just so exhausted with this Seattle got hosed by the refs every single game.
