To Audible?

This is an important question I have never seen addressed here.

he has to have the right personnel on the field to audible and thanks to some dubious/questionable groupings and playcalls to begin with I'm not sure that would have helped.

He audibles when he conveys to halfback. He did that once or twice in this game to no avail. Mostly it is for protection.

This may be the single most important question of the night. Bevell layed an egg tonight in play design. Repeatedly. However, we're seeing that the structure isn't in place for a more dynamic approach to the offense.

I don't know, I love me some R-Dub, but this is his second year. Lets not put him in the microwave for faster, grosser cooking just yet (there are implications in that statement). I fault Bevell for going away from the running game, regardless of outcome, when we cannot protect or are not designed to protect a decent chunk of the future of the franchise. I'm a former RB and have issues with the importance of the QB, but Bevell was heinous tonight. He almost owes RW an apology, IMO.

I asked before too, I have yet come across anything that mentions it or have a seen anything that I can see he changed a play to. I was glad to visually see him working with the protection.

I think RW is too obedient to go rogue. He listens and respects his coaches and sometimes the coaches are too stubborn to adjust to the situation in the field. I can't imagine how RW was bottled up all day. He still should throw jump balls as I think take some risks. Unless we get a lead, I think he does not like throwing in tight windows unless the receiver is clearly open, and none of our receivers seemed to be clearly open. We need to make the throws and give the receivers a chance, but most of the time we were playing close to our goal line rather than theirs, so taking risks are more harder too..
