Doesn't Terrell Davis have 2 rings? Not sure how many yards he had.
I think RW and ML can help each other.

The guy is my favorite Seahawk of all time (Largent second). His career stats so far are:

ATT: 1,712 Yards: 7,221 AVG: 4.2 TD: 57

3 Pro Bowl, 1 All Pro

If the guy can crank out another 3000 yards, 25 TDs, tack on two more pro bowls, another all pro or two and a super bowl ring I think he's in. If we gradually reduce some of his carries, I think we could get another productive season or two out of the guy and he goes into canton as a Hawk. What say you?

Lets be honest here, lynch has about as much chance as me to make it to the HOF. Just compare shaun Alexander 's numbers with lynch 's and you see who the more productive back was. Alexander won a league mvp, broke the record for most tds in a year, was a yard away from the rushing title, had five years of great production. And he wont make it to the HOF. Lynch has a long way to go to make it to Alexanders production levels.

Alexander also pretty much fell apart the year after Hutch left which I seriously doubt won't be discussed when his time starts for the HOF (2014?). Personally I don't think Alexander compares well against Lynch since too many critics may feel his production was because of the O-Line he ran behind up until 2006.

As much as anything else, Alexander's reputation for being soft is chief among the reasons he'll never be in the HFA. And that reputation is legit, IMO.

I'd take Marshawn any day over SA as my starting RB, because the guy gives 110% non stop, and possesses the key intangible of toughness that SA could only dream of.

SA had decent size, but I'm pretty sure that cutback style and elusiveness preserved a fragile frame. I'll bet if you we were able to look at their X-rays, Lynch's frame is much better equipped to dish out the abuse he serves up. I though it pretty telling that SA developed his stress fractures after losing Hutch, which force him into a more bruising style. He wasn't sturdy enough to do the 2-3yds and a cloud of dust routine snap after snap.

No. But he is the best RB the Seahawks have had even though his numbers may not say that.
