Seems a lot of people are hung up on this "how we start thing". Curious what people think here? I know on the radio Pete has said it doesn't matter.

I think people would just prefer to see full game dominance as we all know we would see if this whole team is firing on all cylinders start to finish. I am sure we will see some of those this season but until then I am more than happy winning games.

It matters in the sense that I would like to see this team play from in front against a quality opponent.

It matters in that I would prefer that any 4th and 4s we need to convert in the 4th quarter are to run out the clock rather than to stay alive.

Many more examples ways in which it might matter, but nothing matters more than getting the W. one way or another.

Unlike any of you I don't care how they win, I just want them to win.

Well there's no such thing as a must convert 4th down when you have the lead in the 4th quarter as opposed to being down. Unless you're deep in opposing territory, I highly doubt you'd ever see a team go for it on 4th and 4 with a lead late in the game.

If we start off slow and come back from way behind then the other team "gave the game away" which I hate hearing.

Im with Pe.. if last year taught me anything, it is that there is absolutely no reason to get bent in the first half. Going back to 2011, the Hawks are just relevant in the second half. Sure, we also know that when the Hawks get a good start that the game is typically over by the first half and you can enjoy the onslaught.

Very few teams offer genuine hope being down multiple scores, having a young, well conditioned team with a very versatile QB that knows it is in the game is surely cause of satisfaction.

I would prefer to see this team make a statement this Sunday by completely dominating all three phases of football during all four quarters.

With Miller, Okung, Unger and Breno out? Are you kidding me? I'll take any victory in any form. Don't care how ugly it is.
