IDK... if the game means nothing and a guy is trying for a record, If I was the opposing pitcher, I wouldn't give it to him but, I'd just throw fast balls and let him have a chance at it.

I'm a believer in momentum, too, but having 4 days off will probably do as much damage as anything that happens this weekend. 🤷‍♂️
A little bittersweet, knowing after your layoff, your facing a team that's just off of winning their playoff game and ready to go.

Even BP I don't know if Miller is going to be used. They have Hancock and the rest of the dudes. Miller has been awful.

Well, before this meaningless series, the M's were 17-1. This series doesn't change that one bit.

You can debate whether these last 3 games don’t mean anything.

Doesn’t change our seeding or the standings.

Our starting pitching hasn’t looked good against LA with some
Backups in.

How many runs have we stranded the last 2 games, a bunch.

I’m watching the game right now and they look bad.

I guess we just hope they turn it on next Saturday.

They don’t want any records broke against their team.

Agree to disagree. Zero impact on how they play in the playoffs.

Well, that's a wrap on the regular season. Would have liked a win here in the last series, but doesn't affect standing or schedule.

Sorry you couldn't get another HR Cal, but we'll take 60 any season. :)

Got some playing time for the fringe players.

Time to speculate about which guys make the playoff roster. Some intriguing choices, TBS.

Sat in front of the Dodgers dugout today so was a cool moment seeing Kershaws last regular season pitch and them marking it right in front of me. Other than that a pretty rough game.

Pretty meaningless, the only thing worrying me is Suarez absolutely swinging at everything right now and Munoz having a rough one yesterday.
