Just have to say I’m glad we traded him to Pittsburgh. Cleveland would have been better but Pittsburgh fits the bill.

He asked for warmer weather
He asked for a Super Bowl contender
He asked for a team without qb issues
He asked for more money

Enjoy that contract bro.

I saw somebody talking about that, can't remember where now. But they were wondering if that was thrown out there to try to lure the Chargers into the bidding. You never know.

If the Chargers weren’t bidding yet then it’s highly unlikely DKs wants would get them in to the point of outbidding other teams.

Price is determined by market demand, if your car has a blue book value if $15k, you won't be happy to sell for less would you?
If I make 30 million a year playing a game, I'm not holding my employer hostage and abandoning my co-workers for another few million.

I don't even remotely see how that compares to some struggling middle class person selling a cheap car

On a side note looks like DK will be wearing the number zero in Pittsburgh…a perfect match to his attitude and personality. Sorry I posted this in another thread too…joking 🤔

I thought DK wanted to go to a team that has more stability at the QB position

Last time I checked, the Steelers don’t even have a QB

Could this just been all about the money

DK did not have a no trade clause, he pissed off John, so to the Steelers he goes, not warm weather, no QB, and we get a 2nd, he and Pickens can throw tantrums together now, if they sign Rodgers he will have a QB that screams at them as well. Fun times, thanks DK for the moments but you picked a bad time to screw the pooch.

Can't wait until we beat the shit out of the Steelers this year. Hope it's primetime

It’s crazy to me that DK gets a 4 year extension worth $132 million while our new starting qb is getting 3 years $100.5 million.

$33 million avg for a WR 1
$33.5 million for a QB1

We were up against a cap and guys were asking for crazy money.

Definitely wouldn’t have paid what Pitt paid him but, I still think this is a huge loss.

Hoping we get lucky with WRs in this draft.

Anyone that thinks JSN can do it by himself might be smoking that sticky icky icky.

We definitely need another top tier wr but not at $30+ million.

Right now WR and OL need upgraded before I can get excited about this team.

The people that said he was a hall of fame Megatron were wrong. That was and still would be ridiculous hyperbole.

A 2nd round pick for a top 20-25 level receiver is about right. If not great
Yall are completely reading my message wrong. I am saying it was common sense all along that he was never going to be an elite receiver. His hands were always ass. His mental was always ass. We should have traded him before the entire league came to their common senses. Now we didn’t get shit for him.
